plantain chips, one day I will get it right
well another attempt to make plantain chips, I thought that the crock pot which boils to make stew would be hot enough to make chips, not hot enough, they came out very chewy, not crispy
so next time will put pot on the element and keep it rapidly boiling, hope that works, if not then I will resort to a charcoal burner outside which I know works very well.
