yep, I survived the cast, it did not survive me as it was crumbling the last week and I wore a sock to keep it together, it felt like I was walking on crunchy sesame seeds
they don't quite but will soon. It is weird to feel the muscle ache in the calf after only 6 weeks of immobilization, the things you learn along the way.....
