it is cool in Hamilton

Back, journey good but long, late departure from New York due to weather so 24 hours from the time I set out to airport in Accra till I was picked up from Airport in Toronto, a very long day and I do not remember falling asleep in bed, just laid down and it was morning, feel well today and will get back into the groove quickly I am sure. Now wearing long underwear top and bottom as I find it very cold. Thanks to everyone who read my blog and I will sign off till mid October
