picked up a few things
I went to Kumasi today to pick up the things I had shipped in the summer - filled the back of the truck and the back seat
as well..just a few things I say.
3 tote boxes, a barrel, 3 cardboard boxes , 2 suitcases and 4 bikes ..just a few things I say
- get everything back - barrel and a box to Mary clothes for the women in the prison
It feels like I just moved and the boxes are sitting all over but slowly they will find their place.
what I forgot was today is market day in most towns so squeezing through the crowds was a slow job.
the other thing I realized is that drivers here tend not to obey the speed limit and there are many small villages along the roads put e not just one but up to ten so it means that your drive for 15 to 20 minutes at 110 and down to first gear in the town dealing with the many speed bumps
pic of market and Mary with the barrel and my kitchen filled with stuff

ignorance is bliss
when I came into my place I thought there was a crack in the wall. After telling the bishop and he was arranging for someone to fix it, Mother Felicia comes in and say...oh termites, oooopsy
so now getting sprayed and in the ceiling crawl space as well
I did not look close and so it looks like a big crack what do you think?

took 15 minutes to figure out how to post, what else is new eh!
flight over to Heathrow where I am now was fine. had my eyes closed for a while and about 215am they are calling for doctor or nurse.
I am sitting on the aisle in the bulkhead and there is a woman lying on the floor in the server just in front of me.
so I do my thing, get up etc. and as I kneel on the floor I see an older woman (with me at this age, older is old)anyway she has an oxygen mask on, is awake, dreadfully pale, white as a ghost actually, she answers with her name Wendy, and then the Doc arrives and I go and sit down, she was unresponsive in her seat so moved, she is on heart meds and the conclusion the doc drew was that her BP went so low that she passed out.
good news she is fine, and I did not sleep any more as the adrenalin was is great abundance
we landed at 415 Toronto time 915 Heathrow time and I am here until 225pm, land in Accra hopefully at 815pm
hotel tonight and flight to Sunyani tomorrow morning and should be to my place by 1pm ( yes an afternoon nap will be in order)
Heathrow generously gives 45 minutes of free internet so hence I am using it.
